• Sheet Iron Screw:
  Vitas Iron Sheet Screws, its raw material being the imported filmacyn under the standard Cq15-Cq22 (DIN 1654), are being manufactured as European hard metal supplementary material. Use of such materials ensures keeping up with the DIN quality norm; there is never variation size, tensile strength, flow limit, twisting ability are at their highest. Vitas Iron Sheet screws, after being subjected to cementation process, are plated with the desired micron thickness nickel chromium, zinc, and brass. Sharp-ended screws should not be used in the event that there is not an alignment of holes in the connection of more than two iron sheets with each other. Using dull-ended screws is recommended for any connections that may give rise to injuries. Total thickness of iron sheets to be connected should not be more than the teeth length of screw to be used for connection purposes.

• Metric Screws and Bolts 
  As Vitas metric screws are manufactured from D-9/1 (DIN 
  17140) filmacyn as other products, they have high tensile, twisting, and break resistance. They may be produced from imported brass and/or inox when and as necessary. Manufactured in flat and star forms under various DIN norms, Vitas Screws are plated with various materials such as Zinc, Nickel, Jan Jan, Oxide, Zinc Cobalt, and Dacral.

• Fiberboard Screws:
  As Vitas fiberboard screws are manufactured from (Cq-22-DIN 1654) filmacyn, they have a high tensile, twisting and break resistance. With rather different teeth length and teeth height as required by their specific norms, Vitas Fiberboard screws act as guides in Wood, MDF and Fiberboard assemblies due to their sharp teeth, they are easily assembled and dismantled and do not deform easily. Manufactured with different types of heads such as Star and Flat Heads, Star and Flat Lens Heads, Star and Flat Cylinder Heads, Vitas Fiberboard screws are offered to the buyers plated in yellow and white zinc.
